PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
This prayerful ministry reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace. Shawls symbolize an inclusive, unconditionally loving God – they wrap, enfold, comfort, cover, give solace, mother, hug, shelter and beatify. When a shawl is knit, a group prayer is offered over it for the recipient.
Coordinator: Birdie Anderson
