Paul Lessard to be first Executive Vice President of CBC

Covenant pastor, worship leader and former CBC-Colorado Executive Director Paul Lessard has accepted the call to serve as CBC's first Executive Vice President.

"I am encouraged and excited by the addition of Paul to our leadership team at CBC," says CBC President Neil Josephson. We had a strong search process with multiple quality candidates but at the point of decision it was unanimously decided that Paul was God's person for CBC at this time. His wisdom, creativity and passion for CBC will add great strength to our mission, to the Covenant and to the Church of Jesus Christ."

The new Executive Vice President role was created as part of a larger restructuring of CBC leadership and will see Rev. Lessard assume oversight for campus programs, coaching of faculty, financial and organizational performance as well as overall promotion of the mission of CBC.
